After breakfast we will meet you and issue your maps and GPS units. You will follow us in your car to Llithfaen where you will park your car before we take you in our transport to the start of the walk at Clynnog Fawr. Clynnog was the traditional assembly point for pilgrims making the journey to Bardsey Island, and contains a fine church, chapel and holy well dedicated to St Beuno. You can then set out on the first section of the walk over the high moors at Bwlch Mawr, and then to the coast at Trefor. Ascend the Yr Eifl hills before reaching Llithfaen where you can pick up your car and return to the hotel.

We will drive you back to Llithfaen from where you will take the pass through a conifer forest to Nant Gwrtheyrn Heritage Centre. From here continue on to Edern and the hotel.
Distance: 12 miles.
Day 4
Today will be a short day to help you recover from the previous two days. Set off west from the hotel along the coast path. Once you reach Porth Towyn make a detour inland to Tudweiliog where you can have lunch at the Lion Hotel before catching the local number 8 public bus back to Edern.
Distance: 6 miles.
Day 5
After breakfast we will pick you up in the bus and drive you to Porth Oer from where you will follow the coast path back to Porth Towyn and Tudweiliog. This section is classic coastal walking with rocky cliff tops interspersed with sandy coves.Use the number 8 bus service again to return to Edern.
Distance: 11 miles.
Day 6
Drive from the hotel down to Porth Oer from where you will follow the coastal path all the way around the headland to Aberdaron itself. This section provides spectacular views from the hills at the tip of the peninsula, both south-west to Bardsey Island and north-east along almost the entire length of the route. It’s a great opportunity to see just how far you’ve come! Once you reach Aberdaron, pop in for a well deserved cup of tea at our offices before we drive you back to your car at Porth Oer.
Distance: 9 miles or less if you wish.
Day 7
Return in your cars to Porth Meudwy not far from Aberdaron. Here you can park before taking the Enlli ferry across to Bardsey Island. This is a beautiful place, full of wildlife and steeped in history. Visitors have three hours to explore before returning to the mainland. The cost of the return trip is £30 per person. You will return circa 3:00pm and can then return to your hotel. If the weather is poor then there are many other places to visit on the peninsula including the art gallery at Plas Glyn y Weddw in Llanbedrog.
